WHO IS DR. DAVID J. ABBOTT M.D.?

Dr. Dave is an expert in expeditionary desert travel.  He has driven more than one-hundred thousand kilometers off-road in the deserts of Arabia and Australia using customized Land Rover Defenders.  Positive Graphics.com shows his Defenders in action in the Empty Quarter of Saudi Arabia.  For people who like adventuring outback and beyond in four wheel drive vehicles, the sand dunes of the Empty Quarter are as good as it gets.

Dr. David Abbott M.D. is a graduate of the University of Louisville School of Medicine.  He performed his internship at Gorgas Hospital in the Panama Canal Zone.  He completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Kentucky.  He did a retina vitreous fellowship and is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.  He practiced overseas for his entire professional career.  (Kenya, Liberia, Panama, Puerto Rico, and Saudi Arabia)
